What Youll DoDevelop complete and accurate repair plans for each vehiclePrepare estimates in accordance with insurance partner and company guidelinesWork closely with vendors and insurance partners to ensure efficient repairs and approvalsCommunicate supplements to customers and insurance companies the same business day they are writtenMaintain a 90%+ estimate conversion rate (most work is DRP-driven)Provide regular updates to customers on the progress of their repairsCollaborate with technicians and teammates to keep repairs moving efficientlyIdentify opportunities to improve shop processes and the overall customer experienceCross-train in other areas of the shop to support professional growth and advancement1 year minimum experience with CCC ONE and Mitchell is required.
