Body Shop Estimator Harris County Body Shop - 4.7 Houston, TX Job Details Full-time $52,000 - $100,000 a year 1 day ago Qualifications Client relationship management Customer communication Customer relationship building Attention to detail Estimating for automotive body repair Full Job Description Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Body Shop Estimator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing vehicle damage, preparing accurate estimates for repairs, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the repair process. We use CCC One estimating and management system. Parts ordering programs are Parts Trader, Ops Trax, CCC One, Collision Link, & Telephone. Training will be available for these programs. Responsibilities Evaluate damaged vehicles to determine the extent of repairs needed. Prepare detailed and accurate estimates for repair costs using industry-standard software. Communicate effectively with customers & insurance companies regarding the repair process, timelines, and costs. Collaborate with service technicians to ensure proper understanding of repairs needed. Maintain organized records of estimates, repairs, and customer interactions. Provide exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty. Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and technologies related to auto estimating and repair. Is willing to work with insurance companies that we are partnered with. • Capable of ordering your own parts. We have a parts person to check in and return parts, but you will be responsible for getting things going with your repairs. Pre-closing your tickets before delivery to ensure the client receives proper paperwork upon delivery.
