Maintain strong attention to detail by carefully reviewing estimates for accuracy, proper coding, and compliance while avoiding templated or copy-and-paste shortcuts. Travel as needed to Dallas, Austin, and surrounding areas to perform inspections, meet with stakeholders, and support active projects. Proficiency in industry-standard estimating and documentation software, including Xactimate, Symbility, DocuSketch, CompanyCam , and Microsoft Office (Excel and Word), with the ability to navigate these platforms efficiently and accurately. Demonstrated ability to write thorough, detailed estimates from scratch, ensuring all line items accurately reflect site conditions rather than relying on templates or copy-and-paste methods. Experience preparing and negotiating supplements, including proper documentation and justification to support claim revisions. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple estimates and deadlines simultaneously. Reliable personal vehicle and willingness to travel frequently to Dallas, Austin, and surrounding areas (travel expenses covered).
