Job Description

S&W Expert Collision Repair is a high volume collision repair facility that is seeking a
ESTIMATOR
(Collision Consultant) to add to our LUFKIN team. S&W Expert Collision Repair offers a team environment, great benefits and ongoing training and support for its team members. Responsibilities:
Analyze the customer's vehicle damage for a thorough estimate and fully explain the repair process Manage communication throughout the repair process to ensure an accurate and timely delivery Manage all correspondence with Insurance Representatives relating to claim approvals Daily documentation to customer file to ensure there is accurate data relating to promise dates, and supplement approvals Determine, based on extent of damage, parts needed, etc, a repair completion date and create an accurate repair time line expectation for the customer Communication with customers on updates throughout the repair process and delivery dates Other duties assigned by management
Qualifications:
Candidate must have the following: Positive Attitude, Hard Working, and be able to carry themselves with Integrity. Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines; must have excellent organization skills and cable to communicate effectively. Candidate must be well versed with professional estimating systems. Auto Collision industry estimate writing experience, auto claims, or auto insurance adjusting a must. High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver license in the state that you will work and a good driving record •All applicants must pass pre-employment testing to include: background checks, driving record, and drug testing in order to qualify for employment.
