We're looking for an Automotive Repair Estimator who wants to step into a leadership role, take ownership of the repair process, and help drive both customer trust and shop performance.

This Role Is Perfect For:

A high-level technician or service professional ready to transition off the floor and into a position where you can use your knowledge to: Diagnose needs through inspection Build accurate, professional estimates Guide the repair process from start to finish

What You'll Do:

Build accurate, detailed repair estimates Communicate recommendations clearly and confidently to Service Advisors Work directly with technicians to ensure alignment and efficiency Help manage workflow and keep jobs moving Maintain clean, organized documentation

What We're Looking For:

Strong automotive knowledge (diagnostic background preferred) Comfortable with computers and estimating software Leadership mindset - ability to manage people and process Strong communication skills with customers and team Organized, driven, and able to perform under pressure
