What You'll Be Doing:
As the Branch Supervisor, you'll be the captain of the branch floor, guiding our dynamic team toward success while delivering Superior Customer First Service. You'll partner with our Assistant Branch Manager to drive performance, solve problems on the fly, and ensure every customer leaves with a smile—and maybe a new product or two! 🏆 Your Daily Missions (a.k.a. Responsibilities): Be the go-to leader, orchestrating the daily workflow like a maestro with a headset. Tackle complex transactions and empower your team to do the same with confidence. Coach, mentor, and inspire our branch staff—think of yourself as a people-developer! Help customers with everything from "I lost my card!" to "Let's talk loans." Find creative ways to boost efficiency while keeping compliance tight. Spot opportunities to cross-sell, upsell, and wow-sell our products and services. Stay ahead of fraud trends with sharp thinking and smarter systems. Support in loan origination and investment services (with proper licensing). Open/close the branch like a pro and keep our cash drawers balanced like a boss. 🎓 What You Bring to the
Table:
High school diploma or equivalent (bonus points for higher education!). 3+ years in the financial world—and you've climbed some rungs on the ladder. Previous leadership, coaching, or training experience (formal or informal). Top-notch communication skills and a passion for delivering "WOW" customer service. Tech-savvy with MS Office and a hunger to learn more. Ability to juggle tasks like a circus performer (minus the flaming swords). 👩‍💼
