Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Branch Manager and Loan Officer, where you will lead our branch operations while actively engaging in the loan origination process. This role offers an exciting opportunity to combine leadership with financial sales expertise, ensuring exceptional member service and compliance with industry regulations. As a vital part of our organization, you will drive growth, foster member relationships, and uphold the highest standards of integrity and professionalism in financial services. Responsibilities Lead daily branch operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements. Conduct thorough credit analysis and underwriting to determine borrower eligibility, ensuring compliance with established policies. Manage member relationships by providing exceptional service throughout the loan process, from application to closing. Supervise branch staff, including training on loan origination procedures and banking practices. Ensure all loan documentation complies with federal regulations such as TILA and RESPA (Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act). Maintain accurate records using 10-key typing skills and basic math for data entry and financial calculations. Stay current on industry trends, mortgage/consumer products, and regulatory changes to provide informed guidance to members. Skills Proven experience in loan officer roles with knowledge of mortgage origination, processing, underwriting, and servicing. Strong member service orientation with the ability to communicate complex financial information clearly. Basic math skills including 10-key typing for accurate data entry and calculations. Knowledge of credit analysis techniques to assess borrower risk accurately.
Pay:
$40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
