Branch Director — RN or Socail Worker Rainsville or Scottsboro Office (As Close as Family)

730 a.m. - 4 p.m. Job Summary As Close as Family is dedicated to helping families find compassionate, reliable in-home care—so seniors and individuals can stay safe, supported, and comfortable in the place they love most: home. We are growing, and we're seeking an exceptional Branch Director to lead our Rainsville and Scottsboro office and drive the branch's performance, culture, and growth. Supported by our homebase and a team of leaders across the organization, the Branch Director will operate as the leader of the local market—building relationships, growing referrals, developing a strong team, and ensuring an excellent client experience every day. Responsibilities and Duties As Branch Director, you will independently lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the Rainsville office while benefiting from ongoing corporate training, coaching, and support. Business Development & Growth Develop and execute a marketing plan to grow the branch and establish As Close as Family as a trusted in-home care provider. Identify opportunities for community outreach and consistent local visibility. Referral Building Build and maintain relationships with referral partners including (but not limited to) hospitals, hospices, senior living communities, discharge planners, social workers, and community organizations. Ensure referral relationships are nurtured and tracked to support long-term growth. Staffing, Recruiting & Scheduling Recruit, hire, onboard, and retain high-quality caregivers. Ensure all client schedules are properly staffed and covered. Manage on-call responsibilities as client calls, caregiver updates, and referral partner needs arise. Monitor staffing needs and adjust schedules to maintain strong service continuity. Client Intakes, In-Home Assessments & Satisfaction Conduct intakes and initial assessments with potential clients and family members. Build strong client relationships from the start and ensure care plans align with client needs. Proactively address concerns to ensure high satisfaction and repeat referrals. Financial & Office Management Oversee office performance with accountability for profit and loss (P&L) outcomes. Manage office budgets and track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as revenue, retention, staffing coverage, and profitability. Culture & Team Leadership Create a workplace culture where caregivers and team members want to work and thrive. Set expectations, maintain morale, and lead through motivation, accountability, and support. Incentivize performance and ensure the team understands goals and service standards. Qualifications and Skills Proven leadership experience managing a team (direct leadership preferred). Demonstrated ability to meet growth/sales goals and drive results in a local market. Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment. Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort owning outcomes. Experience with recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and oversight of staff. Strong interpersonal and communication skills—especially when working with seniors, families, and referral partners. Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and remain calm while handling urgent needs. Reliable judgment, professionalism, and strong organization.
