Branch Manager

RiverFall Credit Union, located in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager for our one of our offices. This key leadership role combines branch management with hands-on lending responsibilities, making it ideal for a professional who enjoys leading teams and working directly with members to meet their financial goals. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily branch operations, coaching and developing staff, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, and delivering exceptional member service. A significant part of your role will involve originating and processing consumer loans, making sound credit decisions, and guiding members through the lending process with professionalism, care, and attention to detail. You'll also enjoy the opportunity to participate in activities that support our community.
