Assistant Branch Manager FCB - First Convenience Bank - 3.4 Little Rock, AR Job Details 1 day ago Qualifications Computer operation Customer relationship building Identifying new business opportunities Client relationship development High school diploma or GED Business development Supervising experience Computer skills Full Job Description Assist the Branch Manager in the daily operation of staff Prepare work schedule, assist with the bank balancing, staff meeting, customer care and concerns Assist in the delivery of quality customer service through personal contact with customers and prospects, and adherence to approved quality standards Evaluate new and existing customer relationships and recommend bank products and services to support their financial success Accountable for the achievement of monthly new account production as assigned by upper management Work closely with the Branch Manager to motivate staff in achieving retail and new account production Participate in an active sales environment that may require in-store aisle prospecting Attend business development calls, or other sales opportunities, with a member of management Manage branch operations and staff, in the absence of a manager Conduct training for new hires Provide bank services to a diverse customer base, including a large Spanish speaking population Regular and predictable attendance and punctuality Complete other tasks as assigned by manager as needed to include, but not limited to, opening/closing branch
Physical Requirements:
Required to stand or walk for extended periods of time dependent upon branch location Operate a computer and other office machinery Schedules are prepared based on business need and subject to change at any time. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs FNBT is an equal opportunity employer.
Requirements:
At least 18 years of age High School diploma or equivalency Associate's degree in business/management or related degree preferred Minimum of one year management/supervisory experience Strong sales skills with the ability to effectively develop business opportunities Proven ability to establish and maintain sound relationships with existing and potential customers Excellent communication skills, leadership and organizational skills Extensive cash handling experience Experience working in a high volume, fast paced environment Banking experience preferred Familiarity with banking laws and regulations preferred Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays Must successfully pass background investigation according to company policy Must be able to get along with co-workers and work effectively in a team environment
