Branch Service Center Coordinator TruService Community Federal Credit Union Little Rock, AR Full‑time • Salaried/Exempt About TruService At TruService, we're dedicated to improving the financial lives of our members. About the Role We're seeking a Branch Service Center Coordinator to assist us in leading one of our branches and representing TruService within the community. This hands‑on leader will oversee our member service team with daily operations, provide coaching and direction to develop staff, drive growth, and ensure exceptional service delivery. This role is perfect for someone who loves serving members, engaging teams, and making a meaningful community impact. What You'll Do Assist with leading and coaching a high‑performing branch team Promote & cultivate strong community relationships that drive business development Promote our full suite of consumer and business products Assist with the daily branch operations and ensure compliance Resolve member concerns with professionalism and care Perform key branch functions (lending, new accounts, member service) Achieve branch sales, service, and growth goals Collaborate with support departments to maintain consistency and internal controls What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 3+ years in banking or credit unions 2+ years in retail customer service and/or business development 1+ years leadership or management experience (strongly preferred) 1+ year lending experience Proven ability to meet growth and performance goals Coaching and team‑development skills Comprehensive knowledge of banking/credit union operations and regulations bi-lingual preferred Salary & Benefits $47,000 - $57,000 Matching 401K, Health Insurance, bonus package •may be exempt Community‑focused culture Opportunity to lead, grow, and make an impact Ready to Apply?
