The Role We are seeking a Branch Manager who leads with Heart , operates with integrity and accountability, and is driven to create a Positive Impact through both operational excellence and community presence. This is a hybrid leadership role—you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch while also building strong relationships in the community to drive growth. You'll be the person who ensures our clients receive exceptional care, our caregivers feel supported and valued, and our community knows they can trust us. What You'll Do Lead with Heart (Team & Client Experience) Build, mentor, and support a high-performing team Foster a culture where caregivers feel valued, heard, and supported Oversee client intakes, assessments, and care planning with compassion and attention to detail Ensure every client and family experiences exceptional, personalized care Advocate for Excellence (Operations & Compliance) Ensure full compliance with state, federal, and company standards Oversee scheduling to align the right caregiver with the right client Monitor performance metrics and drive operational improvements Address and resolve concerns with professionalism, empathy, and urgency Conduct audits and ensure accuracy in documentation and processes Create a Positive Impact (Growth & Community Presence) Build and nurture relationships with referral partners and community leaders Represent the agency at networking events, healthcare meetings, and local outreach Execute marketing and outreach strategies that expand our reach and reputation Track referral activity and growth metrics to continuously improve performance Partner with internal teams to ensure a seamless and welcoming client experience What Success Looks Like Clients and families feel cared for, heard, and supported Caregivers are engaged, retained, and proud to be part of the team Strong, lasting relationships with referral partners built on trust Consistent branch growth and increased community visibility Smooth, compliant, and efficient operations A measurable positive impact on the Tucson community What You Bring Experience 2-5+ years managing a team (5+ employees) Strong leadership and operational oversight experience Background in healthcare or home care (preferred) Experience in relationship-building, networking, or community marketing (a plus) Education Bachelor's degree required Skills & Strengths A natural leader who develops and inspires others Strong communication and relationship-building abilities High attention to detail and commitment to compliance Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in scheduling systems, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Strategic thinker with a growth mindset Who You Are You lead with Heart and genuinely care about people You are a strong Advocate for both clients and your team You are driven to make a Positive Impact in your work and community You take ownership, solve problems, and lead with integrity You balance compassion with accountability and results Why Join Us?
