This role provides direct leadership, ensures staffing stability, and maintains full accountability for service delivery across all assigned locations. The Branch Manager serves as the primary operational authority and escalation point, ensuring all services are delivered in accordance with APS policies, safety standards, and contractual requirements. Operations Management Oversee all day-to-day security operations across multiple APS sites Ensure 100% post coverage and continuity of services Implement and enforce post orders, SOPs, and APS-specific procedures Conduct regular site visits, inspections, and performance audits

Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications 5-10+ years of security or operations management experience Experience managing multi-site or large-scale contracts Background in regulated or high-risk environments (utilities, government, critical infrastructure preferred) Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Knowledge of Arizona security licensing requirements Must possess a High School diploma or General Equivalency Diploma. Must be 21 years of age or older.

Experience:

Previous security, military, or law enforcement experience Communication Skills Excellent verbal and written skills Write clearly and concisely using acceptable grammar, punctuation, and spelling. Write organized, complete, accurate and factual reports. Physical Demands Must be able to perform physical tasks, including patrolling large areas and standing for extended periods. Adapt to temperature changes (including extreme heat)
