Job Description

Bank Branch Manager We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead the daily operations of a full-service bank branch. This role is responsible for branch performance, sales leadership, customer service, compliance, staff development, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and develop branch staff to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales goals Drive branch growth through relationship building, community involvement, and business development Oversee branch operations, compliance, audits, security, and risk management Coach employees on sales techniques, customer engagement, and performance expectations Monitor branch profitability, deposit growth, and operational performance Resolve customer concerns and support complex business and consumer account needs Ensure compliance with all bank policies and state/federal banking regulations
Qualifications:
