What You'll Do Lead & Inspire a High-Performing Team Hire, coach, and develop employees to achieve sales and service excellence Foster a positive, collaborative, and accountable team culture Provide ongoing feedback, performance management, and career development Drive Sales & Business Growth Achieve branch sales, lending, and service goals Coach your team on consultative sales and relationship building Build partnerships within the local community to grow your branch presence Deliver an Exceptional Member Experience Create a welcoming, service-focused branch environment Ensure every interaction reflects Mission Fed's commitment to care and trust Identify member needs and connect them with the right solutions Oversee Branch Operations Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements Manage staffing, scheduling, and branch budget Oversee consumer and real estate lending activities This is a great opportunity to really have an impact on your community and lead a branch for a well-respected and established Credit Union in San Diego County. What You Bring 5+ years of experience in financial services (sales, lending, operations) 3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience Strong expertise in consumer and real estate lending Proven ability to coach teams and drive performance Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) Bonus if you have: Experience growing community partnerships MLO certification (or ability to obtain within 1 year) What we offer: Great team! Base Pay/Salary:
$80,000.00 - $95,000.00, plus incentives! Actual base pay within these ranges will be determined by several components, including but not limited to, relevant experience, internal equity, skills, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law. #INDMF Your privacy is very important to Mission Federal Credit Union.
