Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager for a direct hire opportunity in La Mesa, CA within the banking and consumer lending industry. This role is ideal for a proven banking, financial services, or consumer lending leader who can drive branch performance, develop high-performing teams, and deliver an excellent customer experience. The Branch Manager will oversee daily branch operations, sales performance, compliance, staff development, and community engagement.   • Lead daily branch operations, ensuring efficient workflows, strong customer service, and compliance with banking and consumer lending policies.
  • Manage, coach, and develop branch staff to achieve sales, service, productivity, and operational goals.
  • Drive deposit growth, loan production, customer retention, and new business development within the local market.
  • Monitor branch performance metrics, identify improvement opportunities, and implement action plans to meet business objectives.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, internal controls, risk management standards, and audit expectations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, community partners, and local business contacts to support branch growth. Compensation and Benefits
  • Salary range: $75,000 to $110,000 per year.
