$81,000 - $116,000 Position Summary Seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead branch operations, drive member/customer satisfaction, develop high-performing teams, and ensure operational excellence. This role serves as the operational and cultural leader of the branch, focusing on service, growth, compliance, and community engagement. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Team Development Lead, coach, and develop branch staff to deliver exceptional customer service. Foster a positive, accountable, and high-performing team culture. Conduct performance evaluations, coaching sessions, and employee development planning. Ensure staff are trained on products, systems, compliance, and digital banking solutions. Delegate responsibilities effectively while maintaining accountability. Customer Experience & Relationship Growth Identify opportunities to deepen customer relationships through loans, deposits, cards, and digital banking services. Educate customers on products that support financial wellness. Resolve escalated customer concerns in a professional and timely manner. Promote a consultative, relationship-driven service approach. Branch Operations & Compliance Oversee daily branch operations, cash controls, balancing, security, and audit readiness. Ensure compliance with BSA, OFAC, privacy regulations, fraud prevention, and other applicable requirements. Monitor branch reports, operational trends, and risk indicators. Identify and resolve operational inefficiencies proactively. Performance & Business Growth Drive branch performance through coaching, accountability, and execution. Analyze performance metrics and implement action plans to achieve business objectives. Support sustainable growth through service excellence and relationship building. Community Engagement Represent the organization professionally within the local community. Support membership/customer outreach and financial literacy initiatives. Build and maintain strong community relationships. Required Qualifications 5+ years of banking, credit union, or financial services experience. 5+ years of leadership or supervisory experience. Proven ability to hire, coach, and develop teams. Experience leading a sales and service culture while achieving measurable growth. Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Experience working with financial institution core systems (Symitar preferred). Passion for community-focused financial services.
