Branch Manager - Staffing Agency Approved HR Services LLC With over 10 years of expertise specializing in Light Industrial and Skilled Labor staffing, we strive to consistently deliver that "perfect match" between our clients and our candidates. Position Overview We are seeking a driven and experienced Branch Manager to lead our Branch location. In this role, you will over our branch operation, drive sales growth, manage a team of staffing professionals, and ensure exceptional service delivery to clients and temporary employees. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building relationships and achieving results. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop branch staff to achieve performance goals and deliver outstanding customer service Drive branch profitability through sales growth, client retention, and effective cost management Manage day-to-day operations including recruiting, dispatching, payroll, and client relations Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively pursuing new business opportunities Ensure compliance with all company policies, employment laws, and safety regulations (OSHA, I-9, etc.) Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement strategies to improve branch performance Conduct client site visits to strengthen partnerships and address any service concerns Oversee the recruiting and onboarding process to maintain a reliable pool of qualified workers Handle escalated client and employee issues with professionalism and urgency Collaborate with district and regional leadership on territory goals and initiatives Client & Employee Relations Serve as primary point of contact for key clients Address and resolve client concerns, performance issues, and escalations Ensure high employee satisfaction and retention Promote a positive, ethical, and inclusive workplace culture Qualifications 2+ years of management experience in staffing, recruiting, or a related industry preferred Proven track record of driving sales and achieving revenue targets Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team Bilingual (English/Spanish) Must be , both fluently in writing and speaking Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office and staffing software systems Reliable transportation and valid driver's license High school diploma or equivalent required. Ability to maintain confidentiality Attention to detail. Punctual and responsible Good time-management skills with a problem-solving attitude
