Job Description

SUMMARY The Branch Support Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that every Member, every time receives a warm and positive Altura Credit Union experience. Assists with coaching and supervising team members while motivating the branch staff to innovatively meet and exceed Member's expectations by consistently applying Altura Credit Union's Core Values. Displays Altura Credit Union's Core Values (Respect, Integrity, Innovation, Passion, and Excellence) to both external and internal members. Takes ownership of every Member, every time and provides "Start to Finish" Member service. This position will have various supervisor duties except for opening and closing the branch, timecard approvals, and performance management.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Demonstrates excellence in Member service by welcoming members to the branch and providing service in an efficient, friendly, and professional manner. Consistently maintains a member survey average score of 9.5 or above. Adheres to compliance issues, policies, and procedures to preserve the operational integrity of the branch network. Accurately processes Member transactions, Symitar functions, and balances cash drawer. Resolves Member issues and ensures an acceptable level of service recovery is extended. Functions in any operational role necessary to expedite Member transactions and ensure Member wait times are minimal to include teller, new accounts, fraud processing, loan applications/signings, wire transfers, Member research and assisting at the Welcome Center. Coaches Members in the use of our technology. May review and approve new memberships/account packages and approve transactions for staff as necessary. Preserves the retail image of the branch office by maintaining a superior appearance of professionalism, cleanliness, and organization. EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, and/or
QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Minimum of two (2) years' experience in the financial services industry required. Notary Public commission required. Why Altura?
