Job Description
Branch Operations Manager Liquid Environmental Solutions -- Riverside, CA Compensation starting at $100k to 110k annually, plus bonus! What you'll do Oversee daily driver route assignments using logistics technology Manage and coach a team of CDL A drivers and service technicians Ensure compliance with DOT and CDL regulations, safety standards, and company policies Monitor P&L, stay within budget, and meet monthly revenue goals Conduct monthly vehicle inspections and up to 4 route observations per month Build strong customer relationships—proactively resolve issues and retain business Coordinate with fleet maintenance and vendors for optimal vehicle performance Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies Review and complete daily, weekly, and monthly paperwork (logs, work orders, payroll, etc.) Lead emergency response and follow protocols as needed Train, develop, and provide feedback to employees Drive company vehicles in emergencies What you'll bring Previous management or supervisor experience (transportation, logistics, or mechanical preferred) Strong knowledge of DOT and CDL A regulations Experience with vacuum trucks, wastewater, or related equipment a plus Excellent decision-making, problem-solving, and organizational skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Professional appearance and communication skills Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure Willingness to be on call as needed Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays 401(k) with company match Ongoing training and career advancement Equal Opportunity Employer—diverse and inclusive workplace About Liquid Environmental SolutionsLiquid Environmental Solutions is a national leader in wastewater collection and treatment, specializing in vacuum truck services and environmental compliance.
