$110,000-140,000/yr Description The Best Teams are Created and Maintained Here. Job Summary The Tree Care Manager manages the day-to-day operations of a commercial tree business.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage the day-to-day operations of a commercial tree business. Sell Tree Services in order to improve site conditions. Drive customer satisfaction by maintaining open communication, fostering strong relationships, and conducting regular site visits. Schedule work and write work orders. Work closely with the Business Developer to deliver seamless post-project follow-up and guarantee all deliverables align with client expectations. Submit final paperwork to account for billing and collection. Demonstrate exemplary ethics and integrity while fostering a positive Company culture that prioritizes safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Education and Experience:

SA Certified Arborist, preferred. Analytical skills and basic math skills Strong communication skills (listening, oral and written) Strong interpersonal skills - able to build solid business relationships. Able to multi-task and prioritize.

Physical Demands/Requirements:

Constant operation of a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as calculator, photocopier, and computer printer Ability to physically perform the basic life operational functions of walking, standing, and kneeling. Ability to maintain, in your possession at all times, required medications to address any known allergic reactions should they occur.

Compensation Pay Range:

$110,000-140,000/yr BrightView offers a suite or health, wellness, and financial benefits to full-time team members.
