This is a key leadership role, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing a high-performing team, and ensuring exceptional customer service and operational excellence.
Compensation:
Base Salary:
$80,000-100,000 (negotiable, depending on experience)Key Responsibilities:
Oversee branch operations, staffing, and financial performance Lead, mentor, and develop a team to achieve sales and service goals Manage budgets, P&L statements, and financial reporting Ensure projects are completed efficiently and meet quality standards Build and maintain relationships with contractors, suppliers, and clients Monitor inventory, operations, and ensure safety compliance Resolve operational and customer issues with a hands-on approachRequirements:
Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in the construction industry Strong understanding of construction materials, logistics, and field operations Proven ability to manage teams and drive results Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills Business insight and experience with branch-level financials Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)What We Offer:
