Branch Manager Car Rental

Duties Lead and manage all branch operations, including sales, customer service, and administrative functions Develop and execute outside sales strategies to attract new clients and expand market share Oversee inventory management and control to ensure vehicle availability and optimal utilization Maintain excellent phone etiquette and public speaking skills to engage customers confidently Conduct regular retail sales activities, including upselling rental packages and accessories Manage administrative tasks such as data entry, record keeping, and reporting using Microsoft Word and Excel Coordinate maintenance schedules for vehicles to ensure safety and reliability Implement marketing initiatives to promote branch services within the local community Supervise front desk operations, ensuring smooth customer interactions and efficient service delivery Utilize organizational skills to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and meet performance targets Skills Proven experience in sales management, retail sales, or customer service roles with a focus on outside sales Strong communication skills, including bilingual or multilingual capabilities for diverse clientele Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory control and data entry Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and basic office software for reporting and documentation Effective negotiation skills to close deals and foster long-term customer relationships Public speaking ability to present information confidently during team meetings or community outreach events Knowledge of retail math principles for pricing, discounts, and profit calculations Experience in inventory management systems and vehicle maintenance coordination Exceptional phone etiquette combined with strong interpersonal skills for customer engagement Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining high standards of customer service Join us as a Branch Manager Car Rental where your leadership fuels growth, your sales expertise drives success, and your passion for delivering outstanding service makes every customer experience memorable!
