Climb Credit Union is looking for a motivated and people-focused Assistant Branch Manager to support branch operations, coach frontline staff, and ensure members receive exceptional service every day. This role is ideal for a financial services professional who thrives on leadership, collaboration, and operational excellence and is ready to grow into a branch management career path. You'll partner closely with the Branch Manager and senior leadership while continuing to serve members and mentor staff on the floor. Spanish Requirements:
What You'll Be Doing Support the Branch Manager in daily branch operations, staffing, and service delivery. Lead by example through hands-on member service and problem resolution. Coach, train, and mentor Member Service Representatives to strengthen performance, confidence, and engagement. Serve as a technical and regulatory resource for complex member transactions and products. Participate in branch meetings and collaborate with senior leadership on initiatives and projects. Identify and facilitate relationship-based cross-sell opportunities that align with member needs. Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and reporting requirements. Act as Branch Manager in their absence and assist with supervisory responsibilities. What We're Looking For 3-5 years of financial services or related member-focused experience Prior experience coaching, mentoring, or supervising staff strongly preferred Associate degree, relevant certification, or equivalent work experience Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Ability to balance operational responsibilities with people leadership This is a full-time, exempt position with a starting annual salary of $63,000 , with the opportunity for higher compensation based on experience, education, and qualifications.
