Drive business/community development efforts organizationally, supporting branch growth in your market area. Be aware of the requirements of BSA (Bank Secrecy Act) and Regulation CC as it pertains to their daily job duties to ensure staff is well trained on the regulation. Branch Operations/Production Implement and manage branch growth strategy in alignment with corporate goals/objectives. Develop and manage annual branch market plan (updated quarterly) Responsible for meeting production targets quarterly/annually. Identify and implementing solutions to gaps if present. Responsible for maintaining quality work and adherence to risk management within your branch. Ensure delivery of expected member experience/service levels within your branch, creating a loyalty-based membership. Ensure timely and accurate communication amongst branch staff. Ensure timely and affective deployment of new products and services to members. Manage staffing levels and overall talent to ensure delivery of service requirements and production levels. Identify and recommend process improvements, resulting in increased business efficiencies. Identify and recommend enhancements or changes to products and/or services required to maintain a competitive advantage. Business/Community Development Assist with the development and management of select employee groups (SEGs) assigned to the branch/market area. Prospect new SEG and small business partners within market area. Conduct research and obtain contact information for presentation. Manage small business relationship, developing opportunity for membership growth. Participate in community and networking events, providing brand awareness and business development opportunities. Miscellaneous Ensure brand guidelines are adhered to within the branch and amongst the staff. Monitor, review and make recommendations for functional area policies. Ensure compliance issues in areas of responsibilities. Manage effective and timely evaluation process of functional areas (Evaluates performance of Staff. Recommends promotions, transfers, and annual review). Responsible for keeping direct manager informed of operations, conditions and influencing factors. Must comply with the Secure and Fair Enforcement for Mortgage Licensing (SAFE) Act requirements. Track branch performance, reporting information as assigned. Maintains acceptable levels of attrition in each functional area. Participates in professional development activities and maintains professional affiliations. Hold weekly one on one's with ASR's and MSR's. Hold weekly huddles or more, if necessary, with entire team. Ongoing cross training and coaching of all team members. Other Duties Performs all other functions as required by Sr. Management. Education or Formal Training College degree or equivalent training/work experience requiring strong knowledge of management techniques and financial products and services. Experience At least five years financial service experience, three of which should be in a supervisory capacity. Compensation & Benefits Starting salary - $61,567+ depending on experience.
