What You'll Do Inspire & Develop Your Team You'll lead, coach and mentor a talented retail banking team while contributing to a culture rooted in accountability, collaboration and service excellence.
You will:
Build and lead a high-performing retail branch team Coach employees through growth, development and performance success Create a feedback-rich environment where employees are encouraged to surface customer pain points, workflow challenges and opportunities for improvement Foster a positive and professional team environment Create consistency through strong communication and leadership Champion Integrity Bank & Trust's core values: Service. Drive Growth & Community Relationships You'll serve as a trusted leader both inside and outside the branch — building relationships that strengthen customers, businesses and the community.
You will:
Drive branch deposit growth and relationship development by helping customers understand the value of banking with Integrity through practical solutions, responsive service and relationship-based guidance Partner with business banking and lending teams to create opportunities Deliver personalized, needs-based banking conversations Represent the bank through networking, events, and community engagement Help customers feel genuinely valued and supported Deliver Operational Excellence You'll ensure the branch operates efficiently, compliantly, and with exceptional attention to detail.
You will:
Oversee daily branch operations and retail performance Maintain regulatory and policy compliance Support audits and examinations with professionalism Analyze branch metrics and identify growth opportunities Contribute ideas that improve processes and customer experience Ensure account opening and onboarding activities are completed accurately, efficiently and consistently Identify unnecessary friction in branch processes and partner with retail leadership to improve the customer and employee experience Understand how staffing, scheduling, customer traffic and workflow affect service quality and branch performance What Makes You a Great Fit You're someone who: Leads with confidence, empathy and integrity Thrives in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment Communicates clearly and professionally Inspires accountability and teamwork Balances operational discipline with outstanding customer care Embraces challenges and opportunities with a positive attitude Looks for ways to make processes simpler, clearer and more effective Listens to frontline feedback and turns practical insight into action Thinks like an operator and a relationship leader
Qualifications:
Required High School Diploma or equivalent Minimum 3 years of banking, branch operations or branch management experience Direct leadership experience including coaching, development and performance management Strong communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Notary Public and STAMP Medallion Guarantor certification (or ability to obtain within 6 months) Preferred Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field Experience with banking software systems Why Join Integrity Bank & Trust? Pay:
$55,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
