Job Description
General The Branch Manager is responsible for assisting the Corporate office with implementing and overseeing the functions of the Yuma location of Equitable Saving and Loan Association. The manager oversees all operations of the branch, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning, excellent customer service, and realization of financial goals. This role combines leadership, team planning, and regulatory compliance to produce satisfactory branch performance. Responsibilities and duties Responsible for daily functions of retail, operations, and lending for branch location. Identifying and engaging new customers. Prepare reports for management. Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies. Resolve customer complaints and complex service issues professionally. Network within the community to promote banking services and build relationships. Complete required training. Perform other duties as assigned. Knowledge and skills A background in lending and deposit operations is desired. Ability to effectively communicate with customers and coworkers. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Ability to function as a team player Ability to service lending and deposit accounts is desired. Ability to effectively superviser others. Ability to manage and intermediate with company assets, accounts, and processes.
