Goal setting and motivating your team is very important to the position. You will be responsible for a sales goal and a P&L goal. You will be working with your sales team on the street, working with existing customers and prospecting for new ones. Job Requirements Past management experience required Past sales experience required A proven trend of personal growth and performance over time Longevity at previous jobs and a desire for a long-term career Past P&L experience a plus Valid Driver's License and good driving record Willingness to engage in physical labor Personal vehicle usage required (reimbursed through company gas card and vehicle usage fund) Sell a high in demand Food product with very good growth opportunity in SE Florida.
