This role involves not only managing the branch but also playing a crucial part in training, developing, and retaining our team of service and installation electricians. You will also be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Lead with passion and accountability, ensuring a culture of excellence within the team. Oversee all aspects of branch operations, from staffing and training to compliance and customer satisfaction. Train, develop, and retain service and installation electricians to foster a high-performing team. Cultivate a positive and productive work environment that aligns with professional standards. Uphold our "white collar" image in the "blue collar" industry. Ensure compliance with electrical industry codes and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Drive sales and profit growth for the branch through effective management and strategic planning. Oversee the training and onboarding of new electricians and technicians. Manage scheduling and performance reviews, ensuring team members are meeting or exceeding expectations. Maintain branch equipment, vehicles, and inventory in a well-organized manner. Monitor financial performance, ensuring cost control and operational efficiency. Conduct routine performance reviews and provide regular coaching and feedback. Actively manage and drive key performance indicators (KPIs), including revenue, customer satisfaction, average ticket, conversion rates, and technician productivity. Address and resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner to ensure customer retention and satisfaction. Collaborate with upper management to ensure alignment with company-wide initiatives and operational goals. Qualifications Proven experience in the electrical industry is preferred. Previous experience in a leadership or managerial role, with a strong track record of team success and growth. Strong leadership abilities with an emphasis on emotional intelligence and team development. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. High level of integrity and professionalism in all business dealings. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment. Proficient in using management software and KPI tracking tools. Experience managing budgets and driving revenue growth. Knowledge of industry codes, safety standards, and operational best practices. Compensation & Benefits Competitive guaranteed base salary of $80,000 plus monthly performance bonus opportunities. Company vehicle with fuel card.
