About Us We are a growing, established construction and infrastructure services company seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead our Jacksonville operations. Position Overview The Branch Manager is responsible for the overall leadership and performance of our Jacksonville operations. This role oversees daily operations, financial performance, team development, customer relationships, and safety compliance while ensuring projects are executed efficiently and profitably. This is a fully onsite position based in Jacksonville, Florida, requiring an in-office presence to effectively lead day-to-day operations and support field teams. The ideal candidate is a strategic, hands-on leader with experience managing field operations and building high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment. What You'll Do Oversee daily branch operations and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule. Manage budgets, forecasting, cost controls, and overall financial performance. Monitor key performance indicators and implement initiatives to improve productivity and profitability. Lead staffing, workforce planning, and resource allocation to meet operational demands. Recruit, coach, and develop office and field personnel while fostering a culture of accountability and teamwork. Ensure compliance with company policies and all applicable safety and regulatory requirements. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders. Collaborate with senior leadership to support branch growth and business development initiatives. Resolve operational challenges and customer concerns with professionalism and urgency. Ensure company assets, facilities, and equipment are properly maintained and utilized. Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Minimum of five (5) years of leadership experience managing teams in construction, industrial services, field operations, utilities, or a related industry. Proven experience managing budgets, operational performance, and key business metrics. Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated ability to develop teams and build lasting customer relationships. Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field. Experience overseeing infrastructure, heavy civil, utility, industrial, or other field-based operations. Knowledge of OSHA regulations and construction safety best practices. Project management experience. Work Schedule Full-time position. Monday through Friday, with additional hours as business needs require. Occasional regional travel may be required.
