Branch Manager Keystone Heights, FL Vereens Stores Full-Time | Monday-Friday Job Summary Vereens Stores is seeking a motivated and energetic Branch Manager to oversee daily operations at our Keystone Heights warehouse. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about customer service, team management, and operational excellence. Responsibilities Manage all day-to-day store operations Oversee inventory management and stock accuracy Create and manage employee schedules Deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues Coordinate delivery scheduling and ensure order accuracy Maintain quality control standards across all operations Lead and motivate team members to meet performance goals Qualifications Previous management or supervisory experience preferred Strong organizational and leadership skills Experience with inventory control and logistics is a plus Customer-focused mindset with strong communication skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary (guaranteed) Performance-based bonus tied to store performance and inventory volume Medical insurance Dental insurance 401(k) with profit sharing About Us Vereens is a 62-year-old, family-owned company that prides itself on maintaining a supportive, non-corporate culture.
