Job Description

We are excited to begin the interview process for a Branch Office Manager as we prepare to open our new Naples, Florida office in July 2026 . This role will play a key part in launching and supporting a growing organization from day one. The Branch Office Manager will serve as the first point of contact for the Naples office, providing administrative support across the business, managing daily operations, and helping create a welcoming, efficient, and highly professional environment. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail‑oriented, and proactive, with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑focused setting. Strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a high level of professionalism are essential for success in this role. What You'll Do Serve as the face of the office, creating a warm and professional experience for all visitors Manage incoming calls and communications with confidence and efficiency Coordinate calendars, schedule meetings, and keep daily operations on track Oversee office organization, ensuring a clean, polished, and inviting environment Handle administrative tasks including document preparation, filing, and correspondence Act as a liaison with building management and vendors to maintain office operations Support and occasionally host off-site evening events, representing the organization in a professional setting What We're Looking For Experience in office management, administrative, or client-facing role Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal A high level of professionalism and attention to detail A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Compensation & Benefits Base salary range: $50,000-60,000 Healthcare, Dental and Vision Benefit options Bonus Compensation Program 401(k) plan with company match (up to 4%) Eligibility for
