Position Summary:
Orlando Credit Union is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Branch Manager to lead our SODO Branch. This role is instrumental in advancing our Mission, Vision, and Values by building meaningful, long-term relationships with our members and empowering their financial momentum. The Branch Manager will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight, driving both exceptional service delivery and sustainable growth. This individual will inspire and develop a high-performing team while executing initiatives that expand our presence within the local market and generate new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities Lead High-Performance Culture:
Inspire, coach, and develop a results-driven team focused on delivering exceptional member service and achieving branch goals
Drive Business Growth:
Generate new revenue through proactive sales, relationship-building, and community engagement that expands membership and deepens existing relationships
Own Production Performance:
Translate organizational production targets into clear, actionable team and individual goals, ensuring strong execution and accountability
Deliver Results Through People:
Mentor and guide staff to maximize opportunities across lending, deposits, and member services while building a strong talent pipeline
Optimize Branch Operations:
Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, service excellence, and a consistent, high-quality member experience
Ensure Compliance & Community Presence:
Maintain strict adherence to policies, regulations, and confidentiality standards while representing the credit union through community involvement and local partnerships Education Must have three to five years' credit union or related experience; at least two years' supervisory experience with leadership and team-building skills preferred. Bachelor's degree in Financial Management or related field is required. Skills High energy with the ability to approach individuals and engage in a conversation to successfully win business and open accounts. Communications involve motivating, influencing, educating and/or advising others on matters of significance. Accuracy and attention to detail in both oral and written communication is a must. Strong supervisory and leadership skills required to manage, motivate, and develop employees. Uphold confidentiality and customer privacy in all situations. Well-developed problem-solving skills and ability to develop conceptual alternatives. Ability to plan, organize, implement, and interpret programs, goals, objectives, policies, projects, and procedures. Conflict resolution and/or mediation skills. Computer literacy/experience to include intermediate to advanced level knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote, and Teams. Proactively seeks solutions that benefit the member and the Credit Union while exhibiting sound and accurate judgment. Abilities & Additional Requirements Ability, availability, and willingness to work flexible hours to accomplish workload. The job will require a non-traditional workweek with extra hours including evening and/or weekend duties. Must be bondable Must be registered pursuant to requirements of the S.A.F.E. Act. Physical Functions:
Physical requirements involve performing general office activities. This role will require you to regularly sit and talk for long durations. The role will also frequently walk, reach with hands and arms, and will occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
