Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Branch Manager to lead our Pompano Beach operations. This individual will be responsible for overall branch leadership, including operational performance, financial management, team development, customer relationships, and safety compliance. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong experience in construction or field operations who can drive accountability, improve performance, and support continued growth. What You'll Do Lead daily branch operations to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and profitably Manage budgets, forecasting, cost controls, and overall financial performance Track and improve key operational metrics including productivity, labor utilization, and profitability Oversee staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation to meet project demands Recruit, train, and develop field and office personnel while building a strong team culture Ensure compliance with company policies, OSHA regulations, and all applicable safety standards Conduct regular safety meetings and promote a strong safety-first culture Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, and key stakeholders Partner with leadership to support business growth and identify new opportunities Resolve operational and customer issues quickly and professionally Ensure company assets, equipment, and facilities are properly maintained and utilized Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Minimum of five (5) years of leadership experience managing teams in construction, field services, utilities, or related industries Proven experience managing budgets, operations, and performance metrics Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Demonstrated ability to develop teams and build strong customer relationships Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field Experience in infrastructure, heavy civil, utility, or field service operations Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and compliance practices Project management experience in field-based environments Work Schedule Full-time position Monday through Friday, with additional hours as operational needs require Occasional travel within the region may be required This is a fully onsite role based in Pompano Beach, FL. Remote or hybrid work is not available.
