Job Description

Area Wholesale Manager - HVAC Products Carrier Enterprise SE actively seeks an Area Wholesale Manager for the South Florida Market. The role aligns Wholesale Branches with company and regional strategy, driving sales, profitability, and market share. Job Summary Customer-oriented approach with the ability to coach employees and understand customer needs. Oversee branch operations and sales & profitability goals for a group of Wholesale branches in an assigned market. Formulate strategies and action plans to maximize sales at each branch. Ensure each branch implements & maintains the highest level of customer service. Work directly with local sales teams to develop strategies for increased traffic and conduct useful feedback from dealers. Participate in recruiting and training new Sales Associates, Branch Sales Reps, and Wholesale Branch Sales Managers; develop, coach and motivate teams to meet monthly sales and EBIT targets. Conduct regular audits, sales and business reviews using BI tools to identify opportunities to increase sales and profitability. Maintain effective communication and interpersonal skills, integrity, and personal accountability. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive continuous improvement in operational processes. Develop leaders in the branches to sustain a strong leadership pipeline. Analyze situations and recommend operational process corrections. Communicate effectively both verbally and written to a wide variety of skill levels and possess excellent presentation skills. Requirements Strong written and verbal communication skills, a strong work ethic, high energy, enthusiasm, and a passion for sales. Team player, articulate with excellent presentation, phone, and written communication. Proven leadership and coaching abilities. Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial work environment while focusing on results. Strong business decision‑making skills and solid financial acumen. Solid problem‑solving abilities and a high sense of urgency. Engaging leadership style that builds credibility with vendors, staff, colleagues, and customers. Preferred Qualifications Sales leadership experience in B2B sales, including margin growth. Retail or Distribution knowledge/experience.
Education Minimum:
High School or GED;
Preferred:
4‑year bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field. Years of Experience 3 Years of demonstrated sales leadership.
