Full-time Job Summary:
The Branch Administrator leads the charge in daily branch operations. This role is essential to the day to-day functions of the nurse registry. A Branch Administrator's primary focus will be divided into three main areas: staff supervision, compliance to licensing standards and state regulations, and the growth of the registry through gross billing dollars. A successful Branch Administrator will have an appetite for excellence in each area of his/her influence.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all branch staff, providing guidance, training and performance feedback to ensure optimal team performance. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting effective communication and teamwork among staff. Conduct regular performance evaluations, set performance goals, and provide coaching and mentoring to enhance individual and team performance. Maintain any employee documents kept at branch level in a secure location, ensuring staff privacy. Discipline in accordance with registry policy when/if needed. Ensure branch is adequately staffed.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Fulfill all requirements as outlined in section "59A-18.006 Administrator" of Florida Statutes for Nurse Registries Standards and Licensing (Document Attached) Maintain office facility for the nurse registry that promotes staff efficiency, is adequately equipped for daily administrative tasks, and provides a safe working environment; meeting local ordinance and fire regulations. Maintain copies of Nurse registry policy and procedures available for the use of the registry and staff. Maintain copies of and have a working knowledge of the employee handbook. Have a working knowledge of each position and provide coverage as necessary. Trouble shoot and contractor or client concerns, bringing swift resolution in accordance with registry policies and Florida statutes governing nurse registries. Promote registry through positive community interactions, maintaining a great reputation. Participate in strategic and future planning in the areas of budget, recruiting, sales and operations. Oversee and successfully administer all contracts for all lead agencies, managed care organizations, and payor sources branch is contracted with. Maintain incident and grievance log. Submit reports on branch operations and expenses as requested by leadership. Operate branch with sound fiscal judgement in compliance with known budget. Contribute to the overall growth of the registry. Oversight of AHCA Roster/Background Screening Clearinghouse Roster in compliance with state regulations. Observe HIPAA at all times Yearly submit for review the Branch CEMP Participate in company CEMP when enacted Utilize best practices to always observe nurse registry compliance with Florida statutes and regulations Other responsibilities as assigned by management
Required Skills/Abilities:

Healthcare Administration Education and Experience:
Fla Statutes 59A-18.006 (1) Be a licensed physician, an advanced practice registered nurse, a registered nurse, or an individual with training and experience in health service administration and at least one year of supervisory or administrative experience in the health care field
Physical Requirements:
Ability to sit for prolonged periods with exposure to computer screens. Ability to safely operate a motor vehicle Ability to lift 25 lbs if needed
