We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our Tampa operation and drive continued growth, profitability, and operational excellence. This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of branch performance, including service, installation, sales, customer satisfaction, employee development, and financial results. Key Responsibilities Lead the daily operations of the Tampa branch Manage and develop Service Managers, Install Managers, Dispatch, CSR, and field teams Drive revenue growth while maintaining profitability goals Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across service, installation, maintenance agreements, and sales Recruit, hire, train, and retain top-performing team members Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and service quality Oversee scheduling, capacity planning, and workforce management Maintain branch compliance with company policies and industry standards Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions Collaborate with ownership and executive leadership on strategic initiatives and growth plans Create a positive, accountable, and high-performance culture Qualifications 5+ years of leadership experience in residential HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or home services Proven experience managing multiple departments and teams Strong understanding of HVAC service, installation, and sales operations Experience managing budgets, P&L performance, and operational metrics Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and improve profitability Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Strong recruiting and employee development experience Proficiency with HVAC software platforms and reporting tools Valid driver's license and clean driving record What Success Looks Like Increased revenue and profitability Strong employee retention and engagement Consistently high customer satisfaction scores Efficient service and installation operations Achievement of branch growth goals and KPIs Join Jackrabbit AC If you're an experienced home services leader looking for an opportunity to make a significant impact, lead a growing team, and build a successful branch operation, we'd love to hear from you.
