You will leverage your expertise in B2B sales and operational strategy to secure new partnerships and ensure our staffing solutions consistently exceed client expectations. Responsibilities Design and implement localized sales strategies to capture market share and drive consistent revenue growth. Cultivate enduring client relationships through consultative problem-solving and proactive account management. Mentor and develop a high-performing recruiting team to ensure operational excellence and high fill rates. Manage a personal portfolio of key accounts while simultaneously overseeing branch-wide profitability.
