As we continue to grow, we're looking for a driven, experienced Branch Manager to lead our Atlanta, GA operations and take one of our most important markets to the next level. What You'll Do Operations & P&L Ownership Own full branch P&L, including revenue, expense management, and profitability targets Monitor key performance metrics and implement corrective action plans to ensure branch health Manage fleet, inventory, and operational resources to maximize efficiency and minimize cost Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, including safety and environmental standards Team Leadership & Talent Development Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop a team of service technicians, sales representatives, and office staff Foster a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous improvement Conduct regular coaching sessions, performance reviews, and field ride-alongs Reduce turnover through strong team engagement and proactive workforce planning Sales Growth Drive branch revenue growth through new customer acquisition, route expansion, and retention strategies Partner with sales staff to set targets, track pipeline activity, and close commercial and residential accounts Identify local market opportunities and develop strategies to grow market share across the greater Atlanta area Build and maintain relationships with key commercial accounts and community partners Customer Experience Champion service quality and ensure customer satisfaction scores meet or exceed Lookout's benchmarks Resolve escalated customer concerns quickly and professionally Uphold Lookout's brand standards in every customer interaction What We're Looking For 3-5+ years of branch, district, or operations management experience, preferably in pest control, home services, facilities management, or a related field Demonstrated success managing P&L and hitting revenue targets Strong track record of hiring, developing, and retaining frontline teams Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills Proficiency with CRM and operations management software Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to obtain required state pest control licensing (or currently licensed in Georgia) What We Offer Competitive base salary commensurate with experience Performance-based bonus tied to branch results Company vehicle Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) Career advancement opportunities within a growing regional organization Paid training and ongoing professional development Ready to Lead?
