Job Description
What You'll Do:
Operational Leadership Supports daily branch operations to ensure efficient workflow, proper staffing coverage, operational consistency, and effective member service delivery. Assists in maintaining branch operational controls and security procedures, including cash management and branch security standards. Serves as acting branch leader in the absence of the Branch Manager, assisting with branch operations, staff coordination, and member service activities. Ensures team members consistently operate within Robins Financial policies and procedures, state and federal laws, and NCUA regulations while supporting favorable audit results. Supports branch goals related to lending, deposit growth, new accounts, and member product penetration while reinforcing accuracy and compliance standards. Serves as a resource to team members for lending, account services, and complex member situations. Promotes consultative member conversations to strengthen relationships and recommend products and services that meet member financial needs. Resolves routine and moderately complex member concerns, escalating higher-risk or sensitive issues as appropriate. Team Leadership and Development Supports development of branch team members through coaching, training, feedback, and reinforcement of service and operational expectations. Promotes a positive, team-oriented culture focused on delivering exceptional member experiences and achieving branch goals. Leads by example through professionalism, teamwork, initiative, sound decision-making, dependability, and effective communication. Train, encourage, enable, and coach employees to successfully establish, maintain, and grow strong member relationships. Partners with the Branch Manager to support ongoing coaching conversations, performance feedback, and scheduled check-ins. Facilitates team huddles and training activities focused on products, services, and member interaction skills. W hatYou Can Expect:

What You Need To Succeed:
High school diploma or equivalent 5+ years of progressive experience in a retail branch, financial services, or related operational environment. Experience in lending, new accounts, and branch operations required Prior experience in a Senior, Lead, or similar role supporting branch workflow, escalations, or team operations preferred. Experience supporting coaching, employee development, scheduling, or operational coordination preferred.Knowledge and Job Performance Requirements:
Knowledge of credit evaluation and consumer loan underwriting; Knowledge of financial services management, to include compliance requirementsSkills:
Excellent customer service skills; strong organizational skills; ability to coach sales skills; excellent verbal and written communication skills; coaching and leadership skills; computer skills (i.e., Microsoft Office); ability to manage workloads; ability to make sound decisions; ability to foresee problems and make appropriate correctionsPhysical Demands:
