Branch Manager

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm; Rotational Saturdays as business needs require

Compensation:

$60,000 - $75,000 annually, commensurate with experience Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Branch Manager to lead day-to-day operations and oversee sales, service, and business development activities at a local branch. This role provides overall leadership, ensuring operational excellence, strong customer service, team development, and achievement of financial and performance goals. Key Responsibilities Provide leadership and direction for all branch operations, sales, and service activities Oversee branch profitability, operating budget, and financial performance Ensure operational integrity, compliance, and risk management standards are met Develop and execute branch marketing and business development strategies Build and maintain strong customer and community relationships Lead, coach, and develop branch staff to achieve individual and team goals Drive a customer-focused culture while balancing sales and service priorities Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement Communicate and promote organizational mission, values, and objectives Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required 5-8 years of experience in banking or financial services Approximately 5 years of lending experience (commercial, consumer, and/or real estate preferred) Strong knowledge of branch banking operations, sales, and lending practices Familiarity with financial products such as deposits, loans, cash management, and fee-based services Proven leadership and people management skills Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities Excellent verbal and written communication skills Demonstrated business development and sales leadership experience Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills Ability to build relationships and work effectively with customers, staff, and leadership Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Kapaʻa, HI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $36000.00 - $42000.00/yr. Holidays, PTO, good retirement, medical, dental, vision Workplace Type This is a fully onsite position in Kapaʻa,HI.
