Iowa , Fort Dodge Job Description A community bank is looking for an experienced Branch Manager to lead their team. They are looking for a proven leader with experience that will be responsible for the operations of the branch.

Responsibilities:

Manage the bank branch and bring in new profitable business Maintain an ongoing business development program in order to assist existing customers and solicit new customers to the bank Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, develop and direct people as they work

Requirements:
