Are you currently leading a home services business acquired by a private equity firm, and ready to get back to a family-owned operation? Ready to take full ownership of a P&L, operate with real autonomy, and lead a 27-year flagship brand backed by proven systems? Are you an analytical leader who lets numbers — not emotion — drive decisions? If those questions resonate, we should talk. Home services experience is preferred, but not required. Operators from automotive service (dealership fixed operations, multi-bay independent), restoration (water, fire, mold), pest control, multi-unit restaurant or retail operations, and similar fast-paced B2C industries are strongly encouraged to apply. If you've coached front-line teams that interact directly with consumers and you think in days and weeks — not quarters — keep reading. We're hiring a proven operator to take the helm of our Des Moines flagship — a $35M+ home services business with 150+ team members across plumbing, HVAC, and electrical, growing toward $40M. Relocation to Des Moines, Iowa, is required. We can provide relocation assistance for the right candidate.
Hiring process:
We respect your time. Our process is built to be efficient for working operators: Step 1: Submit your application (5 minutes or less) Step 2: First-round virtual interview with our recruiter Step 3: Second-round in-person interview (virtual option available if out of state) Step 4: Spend a day at our shop, so you can confirm this is the right opportunity for you The opportunity: Today, our COO leads our Des Moines location. As we expand into additional markets and stand up shared services across the portfolio, our COO is moving into a multi-business leadership role — and we need a proven Branch Manager to take full ownership of Iowa.
