Overview We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Homecare Branch Manager Supervisor to lead our home healthcare operations with energy and purpose. This vital role involves overseeing daily branch activities, managing staff, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and maintaining high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in healthcare management, medical office experience, and supervisory skills to foster a positive and efficient work environment. Duties Lead and supervise the day-to-day operations of the homecare branch, ensuring smooth delivery of services Manage staff recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations to build a motivated team Oversee fiscal management including budgeting, financial reporting, and resource allocation to meet organizational goals Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations such as

HIPAA, JCAHO

standards, and state licensing requirements Coordinate with medical professionals and administrative staff using EMR (Electronic Medical Records) and EHR (Electronic Health Records) systems like Epic, eClinicalWorks, Dentrix, Eaglesoft, and Medical Office Management software Monitor quality assurance processes to uphold high standards of patient care and safety Handle human resources functions including employee relations, conflict resolution, and policy enforcement Skills Proven experience in medical office management or healthcare administration with a focus on home health or clinic settings Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively Expertise in fiscal management, budgeting, and financial oversight within healthcare environments Proficiency in EMR/EHR systems such as Epic, eClinicalWorks, or similar platforms; familiarity with Eaglesoft or Dentrix is a plus Knowledge of healthcare regulations including HIPAA compliance and JCAHO standards Excellent understanding of medical terminology, medical records management, and acute care practices Experience with human resources functions related to staffing, training, and employee development Ability to manage clinic operations efficiently while maintaining high levels of patient satisfaction Join us at Silver Lining as we continue to expand our mission of delivering exceptional health services.
