Branch Manager- Pest Control

We are looking for an experienced branch manager to run our Columbus, IN location. Essential Functions Ensure efficient operations in order to maximize revenue and control costs while maintaining an excellent quality of work and exemplary customer service Ensure overall compliance with corporate policies and procedures Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations Implement sales tactics to gain awareness and grow customer base in your area Provide leadership for employees Oversee and encourage development of personnel within the company Competencies Hold appropriate Licenses for the State Leadership Organizational skills Proficiency in written and oral communication Problem solving/analysis Project management Must pass background and drug screening Must be able to be added to our vehicle insurance Supervisory Responsibility The role is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of those who report directly and for carrying out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the company's policies and applicable laws.
