Job Description
Branch Manager | Lead Operations & Drive Growth | $100K-$105K Salary Door Services Corporation specializes in the installation, service, and maintenance of automatic pedestrian door systems . We deliver safe, secure, and accessible access solutions across commercial environments. We're looking for a driven and results‑focused Branch Manager to lead branch operations, grow sales, and elevate the customer experience. In this role, you'll oversee daily operational performance, guide a high‑achieving team, and champion initiatives that strengthen customer relationships and expand our market presence. Key Responsibilities Lead, develop, and manage team members to achieve operational and performance goals. Manage daily workflow for the service and install department, including scheduling and directing service technicians. Drive sales growth in new construction installations, repairs, and service offerings. Ensure exceptional customer service to strengthen market presence and brand reputation. Identify, recommend, and implement strategies to improve revenue generation and profitability. Maintain optimal inventory levels to meet current and projected product demand. Collaborate with other departments to monitor and manage expenditures across all categories. Achieve budgeted sales and operating income targets through effective planning and execution. Deliver monthly safety training sessions and monitor compliance with safety policies and procedures. Review and manage Samsara data to ensure operational efficiency and compliance. Champion safety initiatives by enforcing safe work practices in all environments, including job sites, warehouse, and office. Recruit, onboard, and train new hires to ensure successful integration and performance. Integrate corporate programs and initiatives into daily operations to enhance team engagement and alignment. Build and sustain strong relationships with customers and vendors to support business growth and service excellence. Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned to support branch objectives. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience in construction industry required or 5 years progressive experience in the door industry preferred. High School Diploma or GED College degree is preferred Some financial experience required but Full P&L experience preferred Experience with ERP operating systems Skills and Abilities Ability to calculate basic math and read a tape measure Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, procedure manuals, and blueprints. Strong leadership and team management skills. Ability to develop and execute growth strategies. Proven sales and business development expertise. Knowledge of inventory control and operational efficiency. Solid financial and budgeting skills. Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. Ability to interpret safety regulations and enforce compliance. Skilled in training, onboarding, and performance monitoring. Proficient in MS Office and operational software. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities Work Requirements Work may take place in a variety of commercial and industrial settings and can include exposure to moving machinery, weather conditions, and occasional airborne particles or temperature extremes. Physical Requirements Role requires frequent standing, walking, climbing, and kneeling, as well as lifting up to 100 lbs. (items 50 lbs. and above require assistance). Adequate vision and mobility are needed to safely perform tasks in both field and facility environments. Travel travel is required.
