The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, staffing industry experience, and a proven track record in operations management, client development, sales growth, and team performance. As a Branch Manager, you will oversee all branch activities, ensure operational excellence, maintain profitability, and foster a positive, high-performing work environment focused on employee growth, customer satisfaction, and business development. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Oversee and manage all branch operations to ensure efficient and effective service delivery. Drive branch profitability through proper management of financial performance, budgeting, and P&L accountability. Lead, coach, develop, and supervise internal branch staff to promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and high performance. Develop and execute strategic business plans to increase revenue, expand market presence, and strengthen client partnerships. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through exceptional customer service and consistent communication. Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements to increase productivity and efficiency. Monitor recruiting, staffing, onboarding, and placement activities to ensure client expectations are met. Manage sales performance and implement strategies to achieve branch growth and placement goals. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and employment regulations. Support business development initiatives through networking, client visits, and community engagement. Coordinate and oversee branch projects, goals, and operational initiatives to ensure timely completion and success. Qualifications & Requirements Minimum of 3-5 years of leadership or management experience, preferably within the staffing or recruiting industry. Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills. Proven experience managing branch financials, including profit and loss responsibilities. Demonstrated success in sales, business development, and client relationship management. Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to analyze operational data and implement effective process improvements. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and staffing or recruiting software platforms preferred. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound business decisions.
