This leadership role is responsible for overseeing recruiting, sales, operations, employee relations, client management, and branch profitability. The ideal candidate will possess strong staffing industry knowledge, proven leadership abilities, and a passion for developing high-performing teams. As a Branch Manager, you will play a critical role in expanding Summit Staffing's market presence, maintaining client partnerships, and ensuring operational excellence while fostering a positive and accountable workplace culture. Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Team Management Lead, coach, and develop recruiters, coordinators, and branch personnel to achieve individual and branch performance goals. Create a culture of accountability, teamwork, urgency, and customer service excellence. Conduct performance evaluations, training, and ongoing development initiatives. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and employment regulations. Branch Operations Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery. Manage recruiting, onboarding, employee placements, payroll coordination, and workforce management activities. Monitor branch performance metrics, staffing levels, fill rates, retention, and client satisfaction. Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with E-Verify, I-9, and client-specific requirements. Business Development & Client Relations Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Identify opportunities to expand business within current accounts and generate new business opportunities. Conduct client visits, workforce reviews, and service evaluations. Partner with clients to understand staffing needs and deliver customized workforce solutions. Financial & Performance Management Manage branch profitability, revenue growth, and operational expenses. Monitor branch P&L performance and implement strategies to achieve financial objectives. Analyze staffing trends, sales activity, and operational metrics to improve overall branch performance. Develop action plans to increase revenue, improve retention, and maximize client satisfaction. Strategic Planning & Process Improvement Execute branch growth initiatives aligned with Summit Staffing's strategic goals. Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and service quality. Utilize data and reporting to drive informed business decisions. Lead special projects and operational initiatives as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent work experience considered. Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in staffing, recruiting, workforce management, or a related industry. Proven success in managing branch operations, sales growth, and team performance. Strong understanding of staffing industry practices, employment regulations, and workforce management. Demonstrated experience managing budgets, P&L statements, and financial performance. Excellent communication, leadership, coaching, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and project management abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities. Proficiency with ATS, CRM, Microsoft Office Suite, and staffing software platforms. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience managing high-volume staffing operations within manufacturing, logistics, warehousing, distribution, or industrial environments. Proven track record of client development, account growth, and workforce retention strategies. Experience with Avionté, E-Verify, HireRight, or similar staffing and onboarding platforms.
