Leads the daily operations of the banking center. Develops and maintains long-term customer relationships through sales of deposits, loans, and other applicable products and services. Drives banking center performance results through strong individual sales performance. Essential Functions Oversees the daily operations of the banking centers. Leads a consistent customer service experience by ensuring that customer service standards are being adhered to by all banking center employees. Provides guidance and participates in daily operational and sales activities to achieve customer service and business growth objectives. Leads all sales activities in the banking centers by driving, supporting, and achieving monthly sales goals. Ensures that proper cash control and audit procedures are being adhered to in banking centers. Holds banking center employees accountable for providing excellent customer service. Leads by example to maximize customer satisfaction. Leads the conversion of service requests to sales. Leads sales through consistent profiling, cross-selling, and follow-up activities. Meets individual established goals. Focuses on key behaviors that result in quality new accounts that are relationship-based with deep cross-sell opportunities. Knowledgeable of consumer loan products. Takes credit applications and processes consumer loans. Processes customer transactions accurately and in compliance with current policies, procedures and guidelines Exhibits excellent judgment in handling confidential information. Follows all regulatory, security, and audit requirements. Participates in bank-wide referral program. Other duties as assigned. Qualification High School education with some college preferred. Three to five years of banking experience, with three plus years of sales or management experience preferred. Previous cash handling and customer service experience required. Previous computer experience with Windows, Microsoft Office, and other computer applications. Sales-focused. Good customer relation skills - courteous, helpful. Flexibility with work schedule. Attention to detail and accuracy. Good organizational skills. Ability to learn about products and services to make qualified referrals. Ability to work as a team member. Exhibits excellent judgment in handling confidential information.
