Core Job Responsibilities Lead and develop a high-performance team through effective motivation, guidance, and training initiatives, fostering a success-oriented, accountable environment. Orchestrate efficient task delegation and conduct comprehensive performance evaluations to drive continuous improvement and optimize productivity. Embody and promote the company's mission and core values through exemplary day-to-day leadership and management of branch operations. Collaborate with senior management to exceed sales targets, enhance profitability, and achieve key business objectives, contributing to the development and execution of strategic growth initiatives. Implement and monitor performance metrics to evaluate operational effectiveness, providing timely and accurate reports on branch performance to support data-driven decision-making. Design and implement operational infrastructure improvements, including systems, processes, and personnel strategies to support organizational growth and enhance overall efficiency. Required Qualifications Education - bachelor's degree or higher in Business or related field 5+ years in progressive leadership roles, with proven success in team management and organizational development AV Industry knowledge preferred Exemplary leadership abilities with a proven track record in strategic thinking and sound decision-making Demonstrated proficiency in strategic planning and budget administration Superior interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders Unwavering commitment to corporate values, demonstrating the highest standards of integrity and credibility Exceptional adaptability and multitasking capabilities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Proven ability to drive clarity and solutions in ambiguous situations Demonstrated resourcefulness in prioritizing initiatives and optimizing investments in human capital and systems Results-oriented mindset with a willingness to go above and beyond to ensure organizational success
Software Experience:
Microsoft Office and Acumatica a plus Physical Requirements Stand or walk 70% and sit 30% of the time Lift and carry up to 75 lbs.
